Fish oil, one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids, prevents an overwhelming amount of diseases. Among them are type II diabetes, depression, breast cancer, and ADHD. I'd honestly need an entire blog dedicated to fish oil to thoroughly cover its benefits.
I'll admit, fish oil doesn't taste the best- even in capsule form. I probably tried 5+ products before I crossed this one from Carlson Labs.
It's pure liquid fish oil with added lemon to hide the fishy taste. It's great for you, and you can put it on or mix it in anything. It works wonders on salads and in smoothies.

I don't mind the capsules at all, but I'm sure the liquid form isn't too pleasant at all...
